By using KwikLearn, creating an account, signing in, or accessing any KwikLearn learning material or feature, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

KwikLearn provides digital learning support for students, including study materials, practice quizzes, progress tracking, and related educational features for exam preparation. Available subjects, content types, and features may change as the product develops.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or contacting support, and to notify us if you believe your account has been misused.

You agree not to misuse KwikLearn or interfere with the service. Prohibited activity includes:

• Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, content, or data
• Copying, scraping, reselling, or redistributing protected content without permission
• Submitting false, harmful, abusive, or unlawful material
• Using KwikLearn in a way that disrupts service availability or security
• Trying to bypass access controls, subscription controls, or usage limits

Some KwikLearn features may require paid access in the future. Subscription availability, payment provider support, prices, billing periods, renewal rules, and refund terms will be shown before purchase when paid access is activated. No final pricing or payment provider is established by these terms.

KwikLearn is designed to support learning and exam preparation, but it does not guarantee exam results, admission outcomes, grades, or academic success. We work to provide useful and accurate materials, but educational content may contain errors or may not cover every learner's needs.

KwikLearn's name, branding, website design, app design, text, graphics, learning materials, and other service content are owned by KwikLearn or used with permission unless otherwise stated. You may use the service for personal learning, but you may not reproduce, sell, or distribute protected content without permission.

We may suspend or restrict access if an account is used in a way that violates these terms, harms other users, threatens service security, or creates legal or operational risk. You may request or perform account deletion where supported. See our Account Deletion page for the current deletion process and retention notes.

Our Privacy Policy explains what data KwikLearn collects, how it is used, and how account and learning-progress data may be handled. By using KwikLearn, you acknowledge that our privacy practices apply alongside these terms.

KwikLearn is provided on an evolving basis. We may update, improve, suspend, remove, or change features, subjects, content, access rules, or service availability. We aim to keep the service reliable, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by law, KwikLearn is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, inability to access the service, educational decisions made from content, or third-party services linked from KwikLearn.

We may update these Terms & Conditions as KwikLearn evolves. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
